Phoenix Gold ZP5000.1

The Phoenix Gold ZP5000.1 is an extremely powerful single-channel Class D amplifier from the ZP series, designed specifically for demanding high-power and SPL applications. With an output power of up to 5,000 watts RMS at 1 ohm, the power amplifier provides enormous power reserves for speaker systems capable of handling such loads.

Unlike a traditional subwoofer monoblock, the ZP5000.1 operates as a full-range amplifier. This means it can be used not only for high-power subwoofers but also—with the appropriate system design and crossover settings—for midbass and midrange drivers. Adjustable high-pass and low-pass filters allow for flexible adaptation to the specific speaker configuration.

The efficient Class D circuit with full-bridge technology combines high output power with a compact design. To provide the necessary power supply, the amplifier features two robust 50-mm² terminals for positive and ground. A PCB designed for high currents, high-performance components, and comprehensive protection circuits ensure reliable operation even under heavy loads.

For precise system adjustment, the ZP5000.1 features a built-in clip LED, which makes it easier to detect an overdriven input signal or an excessively high gain setting. High-quality Tiffany RCA connectors and sealed potentiometers are designed for reliable contact and long-term durability.

A wired bass remote control, including a 5-meter connection cable, is included in the package and allows for convenient volume adjustment from the driver's seat.
