GZIA 500.1

The Ground Zero GZIA 500.1 from the IRIDIUM series is a compact mono amplifier designed to powerfully drive a subwoofer in a vehicle. The efficient Class D circuitry delivers up to 580 watts RMS into 1 ohm, making it suitable for driving low-impedance subwoofer configurations as well.

An adjustable low-pass filter and a variable subsonic filter are available to ensure precise tuning to the subwoofer being used. In addition, the bass boost can be adjusted both in intensity and at the desired frequency. This allows the bass response to be specifically tailored to the subwoofer, the speaker enclosure, and personal listening preferences.

In addition to the standard RCA input, the GZIA 500.1 features a high-level input. This allows connection to car stereos or OEM systems that lack an RCA output. When using the high-level input, the amplifier supports an automatic power-on function. A wired bass-level remote control is included in the package and allows you to conveniently adjust the subwoofer level from the driver’s seat.

With its black anodized heat sink, generously sized connectors, and comprehensive protection circuits, the GZIA 500.1 is suitable for both traditional car audio retrofits and integration into existing sound systems.
