GZIA 1500.1

The Ground Zero GZIA 1500.1 is a high-performance mono amplifier from the IRIDIUM series, designed specifically to drive high-output subwoofers. Thanks to efficient Class D technology, the amplifier delivers high output power in a compact design, making it ideal for powerful in-car bass systems.

With an RMS power output of up to 1,530 watts into 1 ohm, the GZIA 1500.1 offers ample power reserves for demanding subwoofer setups. Even at higher impedances, it delivers impressive output power: 850 watts RMS at 2 ohms and 430 watts RMS at 4 ohms.

One notable feature is the GZ-PowerBalance power supply control. It helps maintain a power output that remains as constant as possible even when the supply voltage fluctuates between 10 and 16 volts. This can help ensure a more stable power supply to the amplifier, especially in high-performance car audio systems.

To adapt to the subwoofer being used, the monoblock features a variable active crossover and a bass boost function. In addition to standard RCA signals, the high-level input can also be used to connect speaker signals from an existing radio or OEM sound system. The built-in Auto-On function enables the unit to turn on automatically in response to the input signal.

Large-diameter connectors make it easy to use appropriately heavy-gauge power and speaker cables. The black anodized heat sink also gives the unit a rugged, high-quality look. A wired remote control for conveniently adjusting the bass level from the driver's seat is included with the unit.
