The Audison APBX 8 AS2 is an active 8-inch subwoofer in a compact housing and was developed for powerful bass reproduction with minimal space requirements. The combination of a sealed enclosure, integrated high-performance amplifier and efficient He-Li technology makes the system ideal for modern vehicle integrations and high-quality sound upgrades.
The integrated amplifier module delivers 250 watts RMS power and achieves a particularly high level of efficiency thanks to the High Efficiency Low Impedance technology. This results in precise, dynamic bass with a high level of control - even at higher volumes. The specially developed dual voice coil technology also ensures optimum coordination between the amplifier and subwoofer.
The APBX 8 AS2 is particularly flexible thanks to its 2S² design (2 sides / 2 sounds). The subwoofer can be installed both down-firing and up-firing, enabling different bass characteristics - from deep, rich reproduction to more punch and directness.
With high-level and low-level inputs, the active subwoofer can be easily integrated into OEM and aftermarket systems. The ultra-compact design makes it the perfect solution for vehicles with limited installation space, without having to sacrifice powerful and controlled bass.
