The Audison APBX 10 DS is a compact high-performance cabinet subwoofer from the Prima series and was developed for powerful, precise bass reproduction in modern car hi-fi systems. The 10-inch subwoofer operates in a specially tuned closed 12-liter enclosure and combines high power handling with a particularly space-saving design.
Thanks to its flat design, the APBX 10 DS is ideal for vehicles with limited installation space without having to sacrifice bass or dynamics. The specially tuned Thiele & Small parameters and the large mechanical excursion ensure controlled, powerful bass with high precision across a wide range of music genres.
The flexible cabinet design allows both down-firing and up-firing installation. This allows the sound character to be adjusted depending on the installation position - from particularly deep bass to more kick bass and definition. The concept is complemented by the SSP (Sub Smart Plug) connection, which allows the impedance to be adjusted quickly and easily.
The robust construction with reinforced housing, water-repellent paper cone and stable metal grille ensures high resilience and reliable performance in daily use. This makes the APBX 10 DS the ideal solution for powerful OEM upgrades and compact sound systems with audiophile demands.
