TSW subwoofers are designed to be pushed to the limit to match their performance and style. To withstand the most extreme conditions, Bevil subwoofers can be fitted with a paper or ultra-strong carbon cone to withstand the toughest systems, striking an excellent balance between impressive stability, weight and musicality. To further let the pure power run free, all subwoofers are equipped with the popular TC basket, an enormously stable basket, which in the 10" version offers a support surface for up to 8.5" (21.5cm) centering and allows a significant stroke maximization.

NEXT BE LOUD LEVEL
In addition to the high-roll surround, which allows a high linear excursion, all Bevil subwoofers are equipped with an 8-ply wound coil, which plays a decisive role for continuous operation, as most common subwoofers are usually 4-ply wound. What advantage does this have for you? Quite simply, the surface area of the coil wire is doubled and enables significantly longer continuous operation on music thanks to improved cooling. In addition, the moving mass is increased and the resonance frequency of the subwoofer is reduced. Thanks to the oversized ferrite motors and the strong magnetic field, no efficiency is lost despite the higher MMS.

COOLING UNDER LOAD
Not only is the design of the individual parts of the Bevil subwoofers extremely well thought out, the cooling system also leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to the aforementioned 8-wound voice coil, which can handle a lot of heat, Bevil has also taken care to ensure extremely good circulation in the drive unit to allow high temperatures to cool down again quickly. The material in the back/top plate is significantly thicker than standard for optimum heat dissipation and the implemented dual ventilation system ensures incredible heat dissipation via the pole core bore, which is already very noticeable during operation and permanently cools the coil under high load.
