You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The fourteen days cancellation periods starts with the day on which you or a named by you third party which isn’t the transporter has receipt the last article.
To exert your cancellation right you have to send us (MT Audio, Höhenweg 6, 91239 Henfenfeld, Phone.:01629428563, E-Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org) an explicit statement over your decision to cancel this contract (for instance via letter or E-Mail).
To protect your cancellation right it suffices that you send the notification that you want to exert your cancellation right within the cancellation period.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you cancel this contract we have to refund all Payments that we received from you, including the cost of the shipment (except additional costs which result out of your decision to choose another than the cheapest standard shipment) immediately but latest within fourteen days after we received your explicit statement to cancel this contract. For this refund we use the same payment method as you used in the original transaction unless something else has been expressly agreed. In no case You will be charged to pay any fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have either received the goods back or you provided the evidence that you have returned the goods, depending on which event takes place first.
You have to return the goods immediately but latest within fourteen days after you sent us the explicit statement over your decision to cancel the contract.
To keep the deadline it suffices when you send the goods within the fourteen days period. The shipment costs to return the goods have to be payed by the customer.
You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is attributable to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the characteristics and function of the goods.
Exclusion of the cancellation right
The cancellation right expires if the goods have been manufactured after customer request.
